Shipping and Handling Charges

Our shipping and handling charges are calculated to cover the cost of shipping, insuring, processing your order, related overhead, and other items. Since most items are shipped individually to you by the artist, delivery times will vary. We calculate shipping charges for ground delivery to one shipping address within the continental U.S. If you have any questions about shipping and handling, please email us at info@AlmondDidier.com. If you have a PO Box, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Since all purchases shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must go via air service, there may be additional shipping charges required. After reviewing your order, we will calculate your shipping and contact you if any additional charges are required.

International Orders

Almond Didier Online ships to customers in the United States and Canada. We cannot currently ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. As such, we cannot accept international credit card orders.

When to Expect Your Purchases

After you place your order, we will contact you with an estimated date of delivery. If you have specific questions about delivery, please email us at info@AlmondDidier.com.

Tracking Your Purchase

We will send you a confirmation email when shipping your order. The confirmation email may contain shipping information, including tracking numbers.

Changing an Order

To make changes to your order, email us at info@AlmondDidier.com If your order has already been shipped, you may simply return the item (for more information, please see to our Return Policy). Special request orders may not be returned, unless for replacement if damaged in transit.

Our Return Policy

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable. If you wish to make a return, email us at info@AlmondDidier.com.

How to Return Artwork

Here is the simple process for returning an item:

Art items are generally returned to the artist who created them.

Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Almond Didier will pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. Artwork Damaged in Transit

If your package appears damaged, please call us at (202) 230-2243 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

Cancellations

Any order that is not a special order or customer order can be cancelled prior to the artist shipping the work. Please email us at info@AlmondDidier.com or call us at (202) 230-2243 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
